Larry and Lilly didn't make it until well into the evening. lesson: pitching a tent in the dark isn't as hard as in the old days. You could probably do it blindfolded. Gary cooked dinner the first night. He borrowed some utensils and needed me to run to the camp store for charcoal, but had all of the food pre-prepared. Group dinner worked well, especially because we were going to hang around each others' campsites anyway. Leftovers, however, were a problem. We only cooked what we were going to eat, and the rest got thrown out. We did have trouble keeping track of forks.
